"My devotion to Indigo Station is deeply personal. At seventeen, I was a homeless teen navigating the streets of New York and New Jersey with little more than a high school diploma and a dream. In Union City, New Jersey, I stumbled into a modeling agency, hoping to walk in New York Fashion Week. Though told I wasn’t tall enough for the runway, I was offered a position as an extra casting agent for Dick Wolf Productions—my first step into the entertainment industry.

During those turbulent years, I also faced the possibility of a twenty-year prison sentence as a single mother. The grace of being spared incarceration reshaped my life’s mission: to create pathways of hope and opportunity for justice-involved individuals through the arts. I wanted to offer what I once needed most—purpose, dignity, and a future."

Through collaboration and hands-on learning, our students came together to create this outstanding commercial, showcasing their creativity and technical expertise. Throughout the process, they gained essential knowledge in various aspects of media production, including filmmaking, music integration, and advanced technical skills. This project not only reflects their dedication but also demonstrates how education and innovation can lead to meaningful artistic expression.
