Our Mission
To inspire, influence, and invest in youth, empowering them to become game changers in their lives by leveraging the success and leadership skills I have acquired both on and off the basketball court.
Vision
Our vision is for youth to understand that their life's purpose extends beyond themselves and encompasses the lives of others, where each individual possesses the power to make a positive impact on those around them.
What We Do
She Got Skillzzzz is a Youth Enrichment Program that leverages the principles of sports to enhance youth engagement academically, in career training, and beyond. Participants in She Got Skillzzzz develop transferable skills such as confidence, self-discipline, teamwork, and determination. Graduates of the program gain access to summer youth employment, externships, and culturally relevant community-driven opportunities.
Our programs are supported through a series of partnerships with municipalities, community centers, faith-based organizations, school districts, relevant corporations, and professionals from various industries. These collaborations provide teaching, mentoring, and potential employment opportunities for students who complete our initiatives.
One of our flagship programs is an intensive 8-week Media Production Training Initiative. Over the course of this program, industry professionals from around the globe teach the fundamentals of media production, including camera operation, Film 101, and television and movie production. This training equips students with the skills to explore careers in media production. Students are given real-time assignments and production projects to complete individually and in groups. At the end of the eight-week session, students present two culminating projects to showcase their learning and achievements during the training.

Arts Culture Entrepreneurial Programing; Addressing the needs of women upon release from correctional facilities nationally.

mentor and employ some of these individuals.
WEPIC was created to help support them with some of those vital needs via our resources.
Yonni is spearheading the development and implementation of a reentry program aimed at supporting individuals who are or have been incarcerated, with a primary focus on guiding them toward entrepreneurship rather than traditional employment.
