Home of America’s First Federally Registered Multimedia Producer Apprenticeship Sponsor
Indigo Station is proud to be home to America’s first federally registered Multimedia Producer Apprenticeship Sponsor, recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor.
We are redefining how creative talent enters the media industry by connecting education, workforce development, and real-world production experience. Our apprenticeship model prepares emerging professionals with technical skills, industry mentorship, and meaningful career pathways while helping employers build the next generation of creative talent.
Because opportunity should be earned through experience—not limited by access.

Recognized for Excellence. Driven by Purpose.
Indigo Station is proud to be recognized with a 2025 Silver Telly Award, honoring excellence in video and television production. This recognition reflects our commitment to creating work that is not only visually compelling, but strategically meaningful.
Every production is an opportunity to tell stories that inspire, educate, and create lasting impact. From branded content and documentaries to workforce initiatives and community storytelling, we approach every project with the same standard of creative excellence.

The Chase What Matters Music Program (CWMMP), established in 2022, was founded and is led by Emmy Award–Nominated Producer and Artist DJ Chase Flow Bradley. Rooted in a commitment to empowerment through the arts, the program’s mission is to inspire children, youth, and young adults by providing meaningful access to the transformative power of music. CWMMP equips emerging talent with creative tools, mentorship, and opportunities that foster confidence, discipline, and artistic growth.
The CWMMP proudly partners with Indigo Station LLC, a music, film, and television company founded by 2025 Silver Telly Award–Winning Producer Heather Malloy Davis. Indigo Station is dedicated to preparing youth to become future-ready professionals through real‑world experience and technical mastery in multimedia production. Together, CWMMP and Indigo Station unite their expertise to expand creative access, strengthen workforce pathways, and cultivate the next generation of producers, artists, and media innovators.
